Leadenhall’s retention periods for Personal Data are based on business needs and legal requirements. Leadenhall retain Personal Data for as long as is necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which the information was collected, and any other permissible, related purpose.

This consent enables Leadenhall to share this Data with other parties to be able to provide the services requested of Leadenhall by the insurance intermediary acting on your behalf. Without consent Leadenhall will not be able to provide the services requested by the insurance intermediary on your behalf.
Where information is provided to Leadenhall about a person or persons other than yourself, you agree to notify them of our use of their Personal Data and obtain consent for the use of Sensitive Personal Data.
